Colour coded appointment calendar for court (blue) and office appointments (orange or yellow depending on type of case) with short hand notations which indicate which court and the type of charge i.e.
- A, MAF LA = Auckland, Male Assault Female Legal Aid
- WA, EBA3 $230 = Waitakere Excess Breath Alcohol 3rd and $230 (pay-as-you-go court appearance fee)
A green tick behind client name indicates appointment kept or red X if missed. Also displays daily fees expected and fees actually receipted thereby increasing essential cash flow.
