If all 4 lawyers wish to share access to all clients then you should setup 1 account and purchase access for 3 additional lawyers. With more than 75 clients total you will need the Tier 4 account ($140/month) with 3 additional access accounts (3 x $40/month) bringing the total for all 4 lawyers to $260/month ($65/month each). If shared client access is not required (or desired) then each lawyer should signup for a separate account. With 30-40 clients each, the Tier 2 account would be selected ($80/month each). |
